Li's Brothers 30th Anniversary
In 1995, the Li’s brothers brought 🥟🫕🥮dim sum to Longmeadow.
We introduced Chinese 🥢🥡and Cantonese cuisine to 🍲🍜the town, and the most talked-about thing was our lunch buffet🍗🍡🍤🦪, which offered hundreds of hot and cold dishes.
In 2000, with the help of a friend who owned five Japanese restaurants in New York, we added sushi 🍣 🍱to the menu. Their knowledge and skills in Japanese cuisine have always been something I was eager to learn. Later, when I found out that I was 🍶🧋lactose intolerant and some employees had gluten-free dietary requirements, we made many adjustments and changes to the menu and ingredients.
Don't ask me if I'm tired of running a restaurant.
30 years ❤️ I want to thank many Longmeadow neighbors for their support and encouragement. Nowadays, I focus more on healthy eating 🥬🥒 and have developed my own private recipes, 🍵🍜using traditional Chinese medicine ingredients 🥗combined with fresh ingredients to enhance nutrition and improve health 💪In the future, I hope to share and explore more knowledge about food and health with everyone through this platform to share and explore more about food and health with everyone.
